The Green Factory Awards 2025 spotlight companies that have demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainable practices. Among the awardees, notable names from the garment sector include Dhaka Textile Limited, Ecotex Limited, and Square Fashions Limited, all recognized for their innovative eco-friendly manufacturing processes. The textile industry also made a mark with Akij Textile and Pioneer Denim being acknowledged for their sustainability measures.
In the electric and electronics sector, companies like Transcom Electronics and Walton Hi-Tech Industries have been celebrated for their environmentally conscious operations. The food and beverage industry is represented by Akij Food and Beverage and Habiganj Agro Limited, both of which have implemented effective waste management and green production initiatives.
The awards extend to various other sectors, including tea, automotive, and cosmetics. Zerin Tea Garden and Pragoti Industries are among the honorees, showcasing the breadth of commitment to sustainability across Bangladesh’s industrial sectors. The recognition of companies like Remark HB Limited from cosmetics and FKF Pharmaceuticals further emphasizes the diverse efforts being made towards eco-friendly practices.
