Built by Tsuneishi Heavy Industries (Cebu), Inc. at the West Cebu Estate, the M/V Brave Pioneer signifies a major milestone for the Philippine shipbuilding industry, showcasing its ability to produce advanced vessels that meet international maritime standards.
The M/V Brave Pioneer is a dual-fuel vessel with a capacity of 81,200 metric tons. It is designed to significantly reduce harmful emissions, cutting carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 10%, nitrogen oxides by up to 80%, and sulfur oxides by as much as 99% compared to traditional ships.
