Japan’s FLOWRA and Bureau Veritas Forge Partnership for Floating Offshore Wind Development
The Floating Offshore Wind Power Technology Research Association (FLOWRA) of Japan has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore (BV) to collaborate on advancing technology for floating offshore wind energy.
