TechnipFMC Wins iEPCI Contract from PETRONAS

On September 15, 2026, TechnipFMC made a groundbreaking announcement regarding its subsidiary, FMC Wellhead Equipment Sdn. Bhd., being awarded a significant integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (iEPCI®) contract by PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. for the Limbayong deepwater project offshore Malaysia.

Key Details of the Contract

TechnipFMC considers a contract “significant” when it falls within the range of $75 million to $250 million. This notable award will be reflected in the company’s inbound orders for the third quarter of 2026. The greenfield development project will leverage both the Subsea 2.0® configure-to-order (CTO) platform and the iEPCI® execution for the entire subsea scope. This strategic approach aims to streamline the project cycle time for this fast-track development.
