Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders (MDL) has recently inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Shipbuilding & Heavy Industries Park Andhra Pradesh (NSHIPAP) to establish itself as the central shipyard for the proposed greenfield shipbuilding industrial cluster at Dugarajapatnam.
