Ahti Climate and Carbonex have formed a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing the promotion and commercialization of FuelEU Maritime (FEM) pool management. This collaboration will leverage Ahti Climate’s expertise to provide innovative FuelEU Maritime Pool Management solutions to shipowners, charterers, and ship managers across Europe and the Americas. The partnership aligns with the European Union’s sustainability goals, helping maritime operators manage emissions more effectively and achieve compliance with regulatory standards.

Enhancing Maritime Emission Management

Ahti Climate has developed a leading FuelEU Maritime pool management system that currently oversees more than 250 vessels. Carbonex is recognized for its expertise in assisting clients with EU Emissions Trading System (ETS) compliance, voluntary CO2 emissions offsetting, and monetizing onboard CO2 emissions reductions. With this partnership, Carbonex will enhance its service offerings, providing clients with more robust solutions for managing their environmental impact.

Alain Savary, CEO of Carbonex, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Ahti Climate, which positions Carbonex at the forefront of FuelEU Pool management.” He emphasized that this partnership will allow them to expand and strengthen the support provided to their valued customers.
