Capital-Executive Ship Management Corp. has announced a significant strategic cooperation agreement with SPV Axis Maritime Corp. This collaboration has led to the formation of Capital Axis Maritime Corp., which will manage a fleet of twenty dry bulk carriers. New Fleet Management Initiative
Under the newly formed Capital Axis Maritime Corp., the company will oversee a diverse fleet of twenty dry bulk carriers. This fleet includes two Newcastlemax vessels, four Capesize ships, and seven Kamsarmax and Panamax vessels currently in operation. Additionally, the company is set to manage seven newbuilding Capesize bulk carriers scheduled for delivery in 2027. Collectively, this fleet boasts a carrying capacity of approximately 3.0 million deadweight tons, with an average vessel age of eight years.
