Floatel International pens new vessel deal in Australia

Floatel Triumph Secures New Offshore Contract

Floatel International, a leader in offshore accommodation solutions, has announced a new contract for its vessel, the Floatel Triumph, in Australian waters. This assignment is set to last approximately 35 days, with the possibility of extension at the client’s discretion. The operation is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026, although financial details remain undisclosed.

Recent Contracts and Future Prospects

This latest agreement follows a previous contract awarded to Floatel International earlier this year. In March, the company secured a deal for the Floatel Triumph that also involves work in Australia, scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025. As a result, both contracts will overlap, with operations for the vessel extending into 2026.

Floatel International, based in Oslo, has been actively expanding its portfolio in the offshore accommodation sector. The Floatel Triumph, built in 2016, is designed to provide comfortable living quarters for personnel working in remote offshore locations. The vessel’s capabilities make it a valuable asset for clients in the oil and gas industry, particularly in regions like Australia, where offshore operations are prevalent.

As the demand for offshore accommodation continues to grow, Floatel International’s strategic contracts position the company well for future opportunities. The firm remains focused on delivering high-quality services to meet the evolving needs of its clients in the offshore sector.
