Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE) has entered into a strategic partnership with Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited (SDHI) to enhance commercial shipbuilding efforts. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed on April 7, aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to pursue opportunities in constructing commercial vessels and offshore structures. This collaboration aligns with India’s vision of self-reliance in the shipbuilding sector.
