This donation aims to promote gender equality and empower women globally through initiatives led by the WEPs Secretariat. MOL has long been committed to advancing women’s participation in the workplace, following its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Basic Policy, which was updated in August 2023. The company’s support aligns with the theme of International Women’s Day 2024, “Invest in women: Accelerate progress,” and extends beyond the company to impact global gender equality.
