Launch of the Korea–U.S. Shipbuilding Partnership Center
The partnership was officially introduced during the inauguration of the Korea–U.S. Shipbuilding Partnership Center (KUSPC) in Washington, D.C. This new establishment is specifically designed to foster stronger shipbuilding cooperation between the two allied nations and is supported by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Republic of Korea Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Resources (MOTIR).
