Kristensen, a seasoned industry professional, previously served as group CEO of Unifeeder for 17 years before stepping down last year. His extensive experience in shipping and global operations positions him to lead Synergy through a transformative phase aimed at expanding its global reach.

With 34 years of experience at Unifeeder, Kristensen brings a wealth of knowledge in shipping, outsourcing, and operational efficiency. His appointment comes at a crucial time as Synergy Marine seeks to enhance its operational capabilities and ensure safety across its ship and shore teams. Kristensen emphasized his commitment to building a truly global operation, stating, “I’m here to build a true global operation.” His leadership will focus on maintaining reliable operations while enhancing the skills of the company’s workforce.

Kristensen’s appointment, Mathavan Subbiah will join the board of directors, further strengthening the leadership team.
