Ascenz Marorka équipera l’ensemble de la flotte de méthaniers de Gazocean avec sa solution

Ascenz Marorka, a part of GTT Group, has been chosen by Gazocean, a French company specializing in managing LNG (liquefied natural gas) ships, to equip their entire fleet with smart shipping technology. This fleet includes six LNG carriers, all of which will now use Ascenz Marorka’s “Smart Shipping” solution.

This system helps manage how ships perform and keeps track of the LNG cargo they carry. It also automatically collects data from sensors on board each ship. This information is then used to create performance and environmental reports for Gazocean, their shipowners, and charterers. The goal is to improve the ships’ energy efficiency.

One big benefit of using this technology is that it will significantly reduce the administrative workload for the ship’s crew. By automating many of the reports, the crew can focus on more important operational tasks. The shore staff will also benefit from better data quality and less time spent checking and formatting reports manually.

The contract also includes weather routing services and real-time fleet monitoring. This helps ensure the ships’ routes are safe and efficient.
