Two individuals are currently missing following a tragic collision between a cargo ship and a recreational fishing boat off the coast of Mie Prefecture, Japan. Eyewitness accounts and aerial footage from NHK revealed that the fishing boat was split into two pieces, highlighting the force of the collision.
