  4. Elvia Adelina Bustavino Cedeño from Panama, former Deputy Administrator of the Panama Maritime Authority, earned commendation for her work with MAMLa, focusing on equal scholarship opportunities for women in maritime education.
  5. Jung Min from the Republic of Korea was noted for her role in founding the Women in Maritime Association Korea (WIMA Korea) and developing training programs to help female trainees secure onboard jobs.
